I spent years navigating the fast-paced rhythm of the corporate world while quietly nurturing a deep connection to the sacred. Healing and spirituality came into my life not as an escape, but as a return to myself. What began as a personal practice became a calling. A remembering of something ancient and wise within me.
Today, my work is devoted to helping others come home to themselves. Through coaching and energy healing, I support clients in restoring balance and reconnecting with their own inner power.
I hold a calm, expansive and intentional space for you to release what no longer serves you, reconnect with your inner voice and find clarity.
This is not about becoming someone new but about returning to who you’ve always been.

My Journey
For years, I climbed the corporate ladder, managed teams, lead strategic initiatives and checked all the boxes of “success.” From the outside, it looked like I had it all together. But internally, I felt disconnected and questioned whether the work I was doing truly mattered to me.
I grew up surrounded by ancestral wisdom, hearing stories of my mother and grandmother’s intuitive and clairvoyant abilities. But for a long time, that part of my life remained at the periphery.
Everything shifted when I was diagnosed with lupus. I was forced to slow down and turn inward. What began as a search for healing became a deeper return to myself. A journey of self-discovery, healing and reconnection. Through mindfulness, energy work and deeper inner exploration, I uncovered a truth I could no longer ignore: I was meant to help others tap into their own power.
Today, I bring together my background in corporate leadership with intuitive coaching and spiritual healing to support those who feel stuck, misaligned or called toward something more. I work with high-achievers, empaths, creatives, leaders and souls who are seeking greater meaning, balance and a life that reflects who they truly are.
I believe true success is rooted in inner alignment. That’s why my work blends practical coaching with deeper healing and energetic recalibration. So you can build a life and way of leading that feels clear, grounded, expansive and your own.
